PRODUCT INFORMATION
Endeavour is our seasonal blend. We change the components of this blend up to tie in with fresh seasonal crops as they become available. This blend is designed to be sweet and balanced with just the right amount of body and acidity.
This iteration of Endeavour consists of Brazil - Bossa Nova from Cerrado, Sul de Minas and Peru - Wilder Garcia from Cajamarca. This combination of Natural and Washed coffees work perfectly to give you a truly balanced cup. The Bossa Nova gives us the base to build upon and is the structure of this blend. Giving us a big body and a luscious praline sweetness. Wilder Garcia is where we get the extra complexity from. This coffee adds a smidge of acidity due to its washed processing.
In the cup you can expect a big body, medium acidity, all rounded out with rich praline and juicy cranberry.
